This policy explains what information Delve, Inc. ("Delve," "we," "us") collects through delve-inc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you apply to work with us, join our email list, or sign up for updates, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company, website, role, and anything you tell us about your business.
- Purchase information. When you buy a digital product, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To review applications and respond to inquiries.
- To deliver products you purchase and provide support.
- To send insights, resources, and updates if you've joined our list. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To maintain and improve the site.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the site and business, including our hosting provider (Vercel), form delivery service (FormSubmit), payment processor (Stripe), and email service. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep application and client information for as long as needed to evaluate or deliver our work and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Email list information is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
