Before Delve, she led operations and people as Vice President of Operations & Chief Human Resource Officer, driving the growth of a regional real-estate franchise.
Her gift is turning overwhelm into a clear, prioritized plan. Equal parts strategist, operator, and confidante, she brings curiosity, empathy, and an eye for detail to every part of a business, including operations, finance, people, brand, and growth, so business owners can work smarter, not harder.
